Orders and Payments
You can make an express payment with PayPal or use a credit card.
You can pay for your order with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or PayPal.
At inarretable, we promote preordering to avoid overproduction. We only produce what has been sold. When you place your order, you only pay a deposit of 20%, which serves as a guarantee for both you and us. We then start manufacturing your items with our workshops, and you will receive your order within 10 to 15 days. Once your order is received, the remaining balance will be charged to you.
Use your discount code at checkout before finalizing your order.
If you have a discount code, remember to enter it in the "discount code" section during payment before completing your order. Please note that if you forget to apply your discount code, we will not be able to apply it afterward, but you can keep it for your next purchase.

If you believe your discount code is valid and should work, email us with the code in question, a screenshot of the error screen, and a brief explanation of the issue, and we will assist you.
Enter your email address on the product page, and you will receive an email when the product is restocked.
To get an estimate of the restock date for the product, please email us with the name of the product you want, along with the country you live in.
Please email us as soon as possible. We can modify the details of your order, but only before it is processed, which happens within 24 hours.

Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping: 2 to 5 days.
Express shipping: 1-3 days.
Please allow an additional 3 days for international areas.
Standard shipping costs €4.99 in France and €7.99 in certain European countries.
If you want your order to be delivered more quickly, express shipping costs €10. Depending on the country, we use Deutsche Post, La Poste, Poste Italiane, and Correos as delivery partners for faster and safer delivery. Other postal services may be used depending on demand or at the discretion of the warehouse.
Check your tracking number if you have one, and then email us, and we will assist you.
If your order has a tracking number, wait 48 hours for it to be updated and check it before emailing us. If your order does not have a tracking number, send us an email with your order number, and we will help you resolve the issue. Please note that delivery may be affected by local circumstances, which can delay our estimated delivery times.

If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered and you cannot find it, please contact us with your order number, and we will request a refund on your behalf. We will work with you to provide the materials you need as quickly as possible.

If you ordered the wrong product for any reason, you just need to fill out our return form within 30 days of purchase, and we can exchange it for the correct product. Please note that return shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will need to cover the shipping costs for the new product. The products remain your responsibility until we receive them, which is why we recommend using tracked or registered shipping.

Yes, provided that we receive the returned products and their packaging in new and unused condition.
To be refunded, you must return the product and packaging in their original, unused, unmarked, and intact condition. Products that are not in this condition cannot be refunded.
