Your Responsibilities

Placing an Order

When you successfully place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We then conduct a standard check to ensure there are sufficient funds on your card to complete the order. We accept your order only after payment has been approved and your payment card has been charged.

In exceptional cases, we may refuse or cancel an order, or freeze or close an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order). We will only do this if we notice unusual activity. Prices and Descriptions

The inarretable team consists of people, and we occasionally make mistakes. If we discover an error regarding items you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order (at the correct price) or cancel it. Prices include VAT for applicable regions.

Delivery

Before finalizing your order, you can choose between free standard delivery or express delivery for an additional fee. The estimated delivery times are just estimates and may be affected by local circumstances such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is simple. You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

A few points to note:

- 30 Days: You can return inarretable products for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Refunds: To be refunded, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and intact.

- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase.

- Defective Products: If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team with proof.

- Tracking Your Return: We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to prevent the package from getting lost.
